Welcome

For anyone who stumbles across this page this is where I will blog my adventure while studying in China. I started this because when I started I knew nothing other than to show up at the university on September 10th.. This will be my third time abroad, I have already studied in France and Japan.
My goal is to share the adventure and hope that someone other than my family and girlfriend will read it or learn something from it. Please look, read and comment.

**Updates**

*New Color Scheme & animations! Happy Halloween
*For fellow students I uploaded files for studying. The links are on the left.
*On the bottom of the page is a following gadget. Please add yourself to let me know that you follow this blog! Kind of like the friends from myspace!
*New Links on the left for new podcast. I have to admit the paranormal podcast is particularly awsome. And awsome props to touchstone, I can't live without your weekly podcast.

day 12

Yesterday was not terribly eventful. We went to Jason’s house where we meet his older sister (CUTE!) and we did some quick transfer of pictures and documents. The pictures of his family and my genetics paper to practice his English. Afterward we went to the internet bar. Yes we seem to do a lot of that but it is cheap entertainment and according to them there is not much else to do here. I can somewhat understand that. There is no forest, mountains or parks to go have a look about. Not to mention outside it’s about -10C almost every day so wandering around is not the best of ideas.
I discovered dynasty warriors and wow that game is mindless fun! I love it. If I can I want to try to find it here and buy a USB controller. I think it could be awesome fun. Afterward I picked up some chopstick and then we headed home to eat. Some mutton and bread. Afterward we went to the market to buy some food which turned out to be candy, seeds and some pork.
Afterward we watched the kingdom, sadly it was Chinese dubbed. This is odd to watch Jackie Chan dubbed… but even though it was dubbed it also had subtitles.
